Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, mentoring and supervision of designated residential and supervisory staff.
• Participate in risk management processes, including internal investigations relating to youth and staff performance issues.
• Develop programming and activities incorporating trauma-informed care, family-centered and culturally competent practice.
