Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore, St. Vincent Villa, is seeking a Director of Residential Services to lead the residential treatment program for children ages 5-13.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compliant care across units, while aligning with CARE and TCI philosophies. The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a 24/7 center requiring flexibility to evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential treatment.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience.
• Licensure: LCPC or LCSW in MD in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall operation of Residential Services with accountability for program goals.
• Hires, supervises, and evaluates leadership staff.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and trauma-informed practices.
• Oversees staffing within budget and ratios.
• Leads collaboration with clinical and school leadership.
• Represents Residential Services on leadership teams.

Education

Master's degree in Human Services or related field
