Catholic Charities of Baltimore, St. Vincent Villa, seeks a Director of Residential Services to lead the residential treatment program with a focus on safety, therapeutic care, and regulatory compliance.

The role drives staff performance, program quality, and trauma-informed practices across all residential units. The position requires oversight of 24/7 operations with evenings/weekends as needed, collaboration with clinical services and school leadership, and a strong commitment to

Competenze

• Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years in a residential treatment environment.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience.
• LCPC or LCSW license in good standing in MD.
• TCI training within 45 days of hire and CARE training within six months of hire.
• CPR/First Aid within 45 days of hire and maintained thereafter.

• Directs the overall operation of the Residential Services Department, with full accountability for administrative oversight and program goals.
• Directs, hires, supervises, and evaluates residential leadership staff across shifts.
• Ensures safe, therapeutic, and compliant unit operations aligned with policies and licensing.
• Maintains staffing within budget and required staff-to-child ratios.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance for residential staff.
