Justice Resource Institute seeks a Senior Residential Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a residential adolescent care setting. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, safety, and professional development of staff in a 24-hour program.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a mental health facility.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Residential Department’s supervision system and ensure timely staff supervisions for professional development.
• Plan and run shifts to maintain milieu safety and enforce policies; participate in rotating on-call coverage.
• Provide oversight of scheduling procedures and ensure staffing ratios are met at all times.
• Support staff and programming by leading residential meetings and trainings.
• Assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
