Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess CPR & First Aid Certifications within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the public in person and by phone; provide information about programs; register participants; issue and check membership cards; receive fees; enforce facility rules.
• Set up and take down equipment; maintain inventory; issue athletic equipment.
• Lead crafts, games and activities for children in programs and events.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the facility.
• Perform routine administrative tasks: data entry, record keeping, filing, faxing, and copying documents.
• Provide input regarding programs, participants, and volunteers.
• Operate a computer and essential software for tasks such as word processing and email.
