Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education, Sports Management, or a closely related field.
• CPR & First Aid Certification within six months of employment.
• Validity of driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; handles performance appraisals and hiring.
• Plans and implements athletic and recreational programs; schedules leagues, classes, and activities.
• Manages registrations, processes payments, and deposits revenues.
• Prepares budgets, reports, and statistics; monitors expenditures and payroll.
• Coordinates facilities use and supervises nutritional lunch program activities as needed.
• Maintains safety procedures and compliance with applicable laws and department policies.
