Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 240 hours of experience in an approved education setting.
• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Must meet licensing requirements and complete school-age development course within 2 months of hire.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid, AED and related trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for YBASE, 4K Wrap, Camp and SOFD.
• Supervise and engage groups of children aged 4–13, ensuring safety and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with lead teachers, site supervisors, and department staff.
• Fulfill summer duties as a camp counselor and support multi-site scheduling as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe learning environments and accurate participant records.
