Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay in Wimauma, FL, is seeking a Program & Outcomes Coordinator to oversee planning and delivery of Club programs focused on belonging, academic success, health & well-being, life skills, leadership, and workforce readiness. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, engaging experiences for youth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree is preferred.
• At least three years’ work in a Boys & Girls Club or similar.
• Complete CPR training within 90 days of hire.
• Intermediate computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Staff credential per licensing standards within one year.
• DCF trainings completed within allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and delivery for youth development.
• Supervise, coach, and train Club staff under the Director.
• Maintain records in the membership system and My ClubHub.
• Oversee daily food program records, meals, and safety.
• Coordinate schedules and events; ensure youth voice and leadership.
• Travel to multiple Club facilities for training and development.
