Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Tampa Bay Inc. in Dover, FL is seeking a Program & Outcomes Coordinator to lead program planning and delivery across core youth development areas. Under the Club Director, you will ensure engaging activities, data reporting, and safe, inclusive environments for members.

You will also supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and support food program oversight while driving collaboration with families, schools, and community partners.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
Minimum of three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization preferred.
Complete organization-sponsored CPR training within 90 days of hire.
Intermediate computer knowledge; Excel, Word, and Outlook experience preferred.
Staff Member in Charge (SMIC) certification or Staff Credential within 6 months of employment.
Complete required DCF trainings within allotted time.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and delivery of a broad range of Club programs.
Supervise, coach, and train Club staff to meet programming standards.
Create and execute program schedules aligned with BGCGTB standards and youth leadership goals.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and attendance data for activities and events.
