Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay in Holiday, FL, seeks a Program & Outcomes Coordinator to oversee planning and delivery of diverse Club programs focused on belonging, academic success, health and workforce readiness.

Under the Club Director, you will coordinate program schedules, ensure accurate record keeping, supervise staff, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment for youth in a dynamic nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization is preferred.
• Must complete organization CPR training within 90 days of hire.
• Intermediate computer skills; Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Staff Credential per Childcare Licensing Board within one year of employment.
• Must complete required DCF trainings in allotted time.
• Additional training may be required for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Model the mission, values, policies, programs and procedures of the BGCGTB.
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate Club programs and activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
• Assist Club Director to supervise, coach, and train Club staff.
• Create and execute program schedules aligned with BGCGTB standards.
• Oversee record keeping and reporting on activities, participation, and achievements.
• Assist with oversight of the daily food program (receiving, temperature documentation, meal distribution, cleanup).
• Oversee special programs or events as necessary; participate in other Club activities.
• Data entry and updates to membership tracking systems (My ClubHub) and file management.
