Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay in Holiday, FL is seeking a Program & Outcomes Coordinator under the Operations department to oversee planning and delivery of a broad range of club programs focused on belonging, academic success, health, life skills, and workforce readiness.

Under the Club Director, you will supervise staff, manage program schedules, maintain records, and ensure a safe, engaging environment while collaborating with families and community partners to advance youth

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years' work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization is preferred.
• CPR training within 90 days of hire is required.
• Intermediate computer skills: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Staff credential per childcare licensing standards within one year.

Responsibilities

• Model mission, values, policies, and club procedures in daily work.
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate programs that support youth outcomes.
• Oversee record keeping and reporting of participation and achievements.
• Assist Club Director with food program oversight and events as needed.
• Build strong relationships with families, schools, volunteers, and partners.
• Represent the Club in the community with professionalism.
