Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay seeks a Program & Outcomes Coordinator in Temple Terrace, FL, to oversee planning and delivery of a broad range of Club programs advancing youth development and workforce readiness.

Under supervision of the Club Director, the role includes program scheduling, staff coaching, data management, and ensuring safe, compliant operations in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required; a four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three years or more of work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar nonprofit organization is preferred.
• CPR training must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Intermediate computer knowledge with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
• Staff credential per Childcare Licensing Board standards must be obtained within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and delivery of a broad range of Club programs focused on belonging and opportunity through academic success, health and well-being, life skills and leadership, and workforce readiness.
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and youth development outcomes.
• Supervise, coach, and train Club staff in program standards and delivery.
• Maintain records and reporting, including daily participation, achievements, and issues; oversee daily food program oversight including temperature documentation and meal distribution.
• Data entry and updates to membership systems and file management, including gathering required documents.
