Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay in Dover, FL is seeking a Program & Outcomes Coordinator to oversee the planning and delivery of a broad range of Club programs that focus on belonging and opportunity through academic success, health & well-being, life skill & leadership, and workforce readiness.

Under the supervision of the Club Director, you will manage program schedules, record-keeping, attendance, and food program oversight, while building community partnerships and

Qualifications

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
Three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization preferred.
CPR training within 90 days of hire and staff credentialing requirements.
Intermediate computer knowledge; experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
SMIC certification or staff credential per licensing standards within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and delivery of Club programs focused on belonging, academic success, health, life skills, leadership, and workforce readiness.
Plan and supervise age-appropriate programs; monitor participation and outcomes.
Supervise, coach, and train Club staff; ensure standards of programming.
Maintain records, reporting, attendance, and program data; manage food program oversight.
