Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is seeking a Program & Outcomes Coordinator in Wimauma, FL. You will oversee a broad range of club programs focused on academic success, health & well-being, life skills, leadership, and workforce readiness.

Under the Club Director, you will plan schedules, supervise staff, manage record-keeping, and support a safe, engaging environment for youth across multiple facilities. Experience in BG clubs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; a four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 3 years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization is preferred.
• Successfully complete organization sponsored CPR training within 90 days of hire.
• Must have intermediate computer knowledge and skills; experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Must obtain Staff Credential per Childcare Licensing Board standards within one year of employment.
• Must complete required DCF trainings in allotted time.
• Additional training may be required for continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Model the mission, values, policies, programs, and procedures of the organization.
• Staff Development and Supervision: Supervise, coach, and train Club staff; ensure standards of programming are understood.
• Program Planning and Management: Create and execute program schedules aligned with BGCGTB standards; ensure age-appropriate, engaging activities with youth input.
• Safe and Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, healthy, safe, and inclusive environment; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Community Collaboration: Build relationships with families, schools, volunteers, and partners; represent the Club professionally.
