Job summary

TOGETHER! in Tumwater, WA is seeking a Club House Lead Facilitator to work with students and volunteers, guiding homework help, enrichment activities, and games. You will help organize lesson plans, schedules, and community partnerships with a focus on SEL and program quality.

The role is 30 weekly hours, 0.75 FTE, non-exempt, with occasional evenings or weekends and some travel. A strong commitment to equity and youth development is essential.

Qualifications

Two years of volunteer or professional experience with youth.
First Aid and/or CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
Valid Driver’s License.
Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide general supervision of students during program activities.
Plan and facilitate project-based academic and recreational activities with Site Coordinator support.
Assess students’ needs and interests to design effective programming.
Attend weekly staff meetings and monthly program trainings.
Promote positive behavior and assist in conflict mediation using program protocols.
Support volunteers and community partners.
