Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco is seeking a Program Leader for school-based clubs to mentor and guide youth aged 6–18 after school. You will facilitate engaging activities, build positive relationships, and help shape personal growth and educational achievement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of youth development experience with youth ages 6–18.
• Ability to create strong relationships and curriculum with youth.
• Strong disciplinary skills and high expectations.
• Proven communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, safety, and a nurturing environment for youth.
• Lead after-school programs and activities for groups of ~10 youth.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Serve as a positive mentor to participants.
• Cultivate club culture with mutual respect between staff and community.
• Collaborate with team members to meet program goals.
