Responsibilities

• Safety & Supervision: Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for all youth, ensuring their well-being throughout all activities.
• Engaging Program Facilitation: Plan and lead after-school programs for about 20 middle school students, fostering growth and academic success.
• Lesson Planning & Classroom Management: Develop lesson plans for diverse learners and enforce group agreements.
• Daily Routine Oversight: Manage lessons, playtime, breaks, and mealtimes with smooth transitions.
• Progress Tracking & Communication: Monitor participation and share updates with the team and Program Manager.
• Mentorship & Relationship Building: Serve as a positive role model promoting self-esteem and inclusivity.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Work with colleagues to meet program goals and support other sites
