Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to lead Guides, coach leaders, and drive outcomes for K-12 students. You will build a campus culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, with relocation support for Boston, MA and other markets.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, running life-skills workshops, and using data to elevate student experiences while maintaining uncompromising standards. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven use of data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children aged 5–14 in educational/coaching settings.
• Willingness to help launch/open a new campus from zero.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
