Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to lead a team of Guides, coach life skills workshops, and cultivate a culture of excellence across K-12 campuses.

The role emphasizes data-driven performance, non-classroom instruction, relocation support to several campuses. Applicants should have 5+ years in education/leadership, a Bachelor’s in Education or related field, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
