We seek leaders who can raise performance, make data-driven decisions, and embrace bold ideas to shape the next generation in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and termination decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed academic programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
