Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma / GED. Associates degree preferred.
• Two years' work experience in a non-profit agency working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and families, sign participants in and out.
• Provide information about program services and respond to questions from parents and staff.
• Enter data and assist with office procedures to support PAL policies.
• Build positive relationships with youth, caretakers, and staff; model professional behavior.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and events.
