Job summary

Police Athletic League Inc. (PAL) is seeking a Part-Time Clerk to greet participants and families, assist with sign-in/out, and enter data tracking program participation. The Clerk reports to the Youthlink Director and supports PAL’s welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, willingness to learn mental health/SEL concepts, and strong communication. The position offers evening/weekend hours as part of a 15-hour weekly schedule, with competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma / GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, French, or Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and families and sign them in/out.
• Enter program participation data and maintain records.
• Provide information about PAL services to parents and staff.
• Distribute information to youth, staff, and caretakers.
