Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming in Burns, WY is seeking a Youth Development Professional to assist program coordinators across core club functions including programs, food services, and safety.

You will help plan and deliver engaging youth activities, supervise members, promote positive behavior, and ensure a clean, safe environment. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license are required; occasional evenings and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and implement quality youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist program coordinators in core areas: programs, food services, cleaning, or other Club duties.
• Plan and conduct activities aligned with core club areas.
• Monitor member behavior and uphold discipline policies.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean Club environment.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members and encourage teamwork.
