Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking a Program Billing Specialist to manage timely billing for Residential Family Support, DCF contracts, and related benefits. The role includes AR reconciliation, monthly aging reports, and entering thrift store and vehicle sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training may substitute.
• Proficiency with PC software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing for clients in custody or using supports.
• Prepare aging reports and reconcile accounts receivable to GL.
• Enter daily Thrift Store and Vehicle sales; process deposits.
• Back up Medicaid billing and reconcile Echo aging with FE AR aging.
• Maintain contracts and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Train or cross-train for accounts payable duties as needed.
