You Thrive Florida is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage all billing activities for the Senior Services Program. The role requires precise data handling, regular liaison with service providers, and timely submission of logs and billing grids.

Proficiency in Excel and strict confidentiality are essential for accurate reporting. Eligibility includes experience in billing and familiarity with eCIRTS/ServeTracker, plus the ability to train staff and assist with data reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year billing-related experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and insurability as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular contact with service providers to ensure timely submission of logs and billing grid.
• Review billing documents for quality and update billing information in eCIRTS.
• Submit eCIRTS reports, invoices, and client reports to finance.
• Enter data into ServeTracker for client tracking and reporting.
• Provide ongoing billing training to provider staff as needed.
• File billing documents and logs and maintain confidentiality.
