Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is seeking a Billing & Compliance Specialist to own the billing and accounts receivable cycle for Licensed Care and Club programs. You will support critical compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping to ensure accurate, timely financial information that helps us serve youth.

• Own billing and accounts receivable processes for Licensed Care and Club programs.
• Prepare recurring financial and program reports.
• Maintain accurate records related to child nutrition programs, enrollment requirements, and membership scholarships.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and required documentation.
• Partner with staff and families to resolve billing and account questions.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
