Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, coordinating with school staff, providing homework help, and communicating progress and incidents to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have 48 semester college units or IA Exam completed.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Love of working with youth and positive role-model required.
• Able to relate to diverse groups and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise all students to ensure safety.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
• Maintain attendance records and coordinate events.
• Work with staff to ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide homework help and align activities with school goals.
• Communicate progress and injuries to supervisor; follow policies.
• Attend staff meetings and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Uphold conflict resolution and professional conduct.
