Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager in Santa Barbara, CA, to lead a team of Guides and coach students toward exceptional outcomes. This full-time role involves building a culture of excellence and preparing to launch new campuses.

You will use data and coaching conversations to boost Guide performance, deliver engaging life-skills sessions, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and hiring/terminations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences.
• Leading life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses and establish a culture centered on excellence and accountability.
