Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to supervise in-person student groups across California districts. You will act as a positive role model, support behavior, and deliver engaging activities aligned with provided curricula.

This role involves classroom management for 20–25 students, with daily setup and cleanup responsibilities and collaboration with staff and parents. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, Live Scan clearance, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English in a public-school setting.
• Live Scan background check is required.
• Provide negative TB test dated within the last 3 years.
• Experience with groups of 10 or more students in classroom or afterschool.

Responsabilités

• Lead a group of students in an in-person setting with high behavioral and safety standards.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through appropriate dress, speech and attitude.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging for children.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and apply disciplinary measures when needed.
• Identify student needs and communicate with Site Program Manager, teachers, administration and parents.
• Participate in staff development.
• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity.
• Work with 20-25 students in a classroom setting and manage daily setup and cleanup.
