Job summary

Think Together is seeking a part-time Program Leader to supervise in-person sessions for students across California districts. You will lead groups of 20–25, model positive behavior, and provide academic enrichment with provided curricula.

Strong English skills, Live Scan clearance, and basic math/English proficiency are required; Spanish bilingual ability is a plus. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, supporting teachers and parents, and participating in staff development while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific - 48 semester/60 quarter units or pass a pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check).
• Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
• At least six months experience working with a group of 10 or more students.
• Advanced Math and English skills (K–8).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in an in-person setting with high behavior and safety standards.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through dress, speech, and attitude.
• Create an engaging environment fostering belonging for students.
• Support students in positive behavior choices and apply appropriate discipline.
• Identify student needs and communicate with site leads, teachers, administrators and parents.
• Participate in staff development.
• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity using provided curriculum.
• Work with 20–25 students in classroom settings and manage behavior accordingly.
• Assist daily with snack preparation, serving and cleanup.
• Help set up, breakdown, and maintain a clean, orderly site.
• Maintain student safety by taking attendance and monitoring sign-ins/sign-outs.
