Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Program Leader to work in California in a part-time, in-person role. You will mentor and supervise students, lead a group of 20-25 in classrooms, uphold safety and behavior standards, and model positive social skills.

Responsibilities include homework help, academic enrichment, activity facilitation, attendance tracking, and collaboration with site staff, teachers, and parents. A high school diploma is required, with additional district units preferred, and English

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write Standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Bi-literate in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 20–25 students in an in-person setting, upholding safety and behavior standards.
• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment.
• Create an engaging environment and support positive behavior choices.
• Identify student needs and communicate with Site Program Manager, teachers, and parents as appropriate.
• Participate in staff development and ongoing program activities.
