Job Description: Youth Program Director (Full-Time)

We serve thousands of children and families in our neighborhood through youth programs including after-school activities, teen centers, and youth centers. These programs focus on academic enrichment, health, parent engagement, field trips, and career exploration to foster a college- and career-bound mindset. We practice positive youth development, building on the strengths of young people to help them overcome challenges.

The Program Director will oversee all aspects of program management and delivery, including development, planning, marketing, recruitment, daily operations, partner relationships, event execution, record-keeping, and evaluation. We seek inspiring leaders with enthusiasm for helping inner-city youth succeed.

Qualifications include strong organizational, writing, and program implementation skills, a bachelor’s degree, and experience working with people.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
