Mass General Brigham is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Senior Program Officer in managing a training and technical assistance model for municipalities. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders, managing operations, and organizing training events, requiring strong organizational skills and community engagement.

The Program Coordinator will support the Senior Program Officer (SPO) in developing and managing an innovative hub-and-spoke training and technical assistance (TTA) model aimed at helping municipalities utilize opioid settlement funds effectively. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders such as municipalities, community organizations, and individuals with lived experience (PWLLE) to ensure the successful execution of public health strategies in line with the State-Subdivision Agreement guidelines.
The coordinator will manage program operations by maintaining the Salesforce database, updating records, tracking milestones, and preparing reports. They will organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars aligned with program goals. The role requires strong organizational skills, a dedication to community engagement, and the ability to support operations in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, this position will assist the Chief Program Officer (CPO) by managing the CPO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the program team's master calendar. Participation in meetings with stakeholders and vendors is required. The role also supports RIZE's culture by aligning practices and communications with the organization’s mission, attending staff meetings, training, events, and assisting with office logistics.
Proficiency in applications such as Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WordPress, and Constant Contact is essential. The coordinator must handle multiple projects, submit expense reports and timesheets timely, and demonstrate organizational and community engagement skills. Reporting to the SPO, the candidate should be an organized self-starter capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: 0-1 year of project support or administrative experience required; development experience preferred.
