POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

Sevaro is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Coordinator to join our team and support the development and execution of our fast-growing clinical education initiatives. This role is critical to the success of our residency rotations, nurse practitioner (NP) student preceptorships, and strategic academic partnerships.

As a Program Coordinator, you will facilitate seamless collaboration across our administrative, clinical, and educational teams to ensure efficient onboarding, scheduling, and support for learners within Sevaro’s cutting-edge virtual teleneurology ecosystem. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and drive operational excellence will directly impact the success of our educational mission.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator. While primarily remote, the position may require minimal travel to partner programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for clinical education programs, including residency rotations, NP student preceptorships, and strategic academic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for academic partners, learners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Develop, maintain, and track rotation schedules, onboarding workflows, and all required documentation to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to support seamless learner integration within Sevaro’s virtual teleneurology environment.
  • Monitor key program metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support the creation and optimization of educational resources, processes, and standard operating procedures to enhance the learner experience and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, preferably within a healthcare or academic setting.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with virtual learning environments and healthcare education preferred.
