Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, virtual meeting software, and email.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with maturity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Experience with or interest in learning about Jewish customs, culture, and practices.
• Experience and interest in youth programming and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment for Gesher; set up and clean spaces; print and organize materials for teachers; biweekly family emails; substitute teachers as needed.
• Supervise Hebrew tutoring; set tutoring schedules; give feedback based on observations and forms.
• Coordinate bnei mitzvah dates and meetings; help families plan social events; create binders for students; handle logistics with parents and volunteers.
• Support other office staff on special projects and help with holiday events throughout the year.
