The role covers curriculum planning, supervision during activities, parent communication, and compliance with DoD standards. This flex continuous position includes daycare benefits and potential conversion opportunities based on performance and position availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to complete required DoD training and certifications.
• Ability to promote and foster effective working relationships with children, youth, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision for program participants in accordance with DoD and local policies.
• Maintain safe, engaging indoor and outdoor activity environments.
• Communicate with parents and staff about child progress and program activities.
• Assist in curriculum planning, activities, and assessment of development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and DoD background check requirements.
