Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks CYP Assistants Multi-Level on a flexible schedule to engage and supervise children and youth in DoD programs at the Mayport area. The role involves developing social, self-help, and school readiness skills while ensuring safety and well-being in various activities.

Responsibilities cover curriculum planning, environment setup, child/youth supervision, parent communication and compliance with DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Six months of experience working with children or youth is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and supervision for program participants in compliance with DoD policies.
• Maintains safety and orderly supervision during indoor and outdoor activities and field trips.
• Interacts with children, youth and parents to support positive development and program participation.
