Education and Training Resources seeks an Admissions Recruiter to assist in recruiting and enrolling youth into the Job Corps program. The role builds relationships with local and regional partners, develops action plans to meet performance measures, and conducts student interviews to support job search readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field.
• Or an Associate’s degree in one of these fields with two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, admissions and enrollment of youth into Job Corps program.
• Maintain OA partnership relationships with local and regional WIA partners and other agencies.
• Develop corrective actions for measures below 100% and ensure alignment with OAOMS reports.
• Conduct interviews with students during Career Transition Phase and aid job search techniques.
• Create and maintain county AMP plans and ensure One-Stop Center presence.
• Coordinate mock interviews, job fairs and career days with center staff.
• Verify applicant eligibility according to PRH guidelines and support center measures.
