Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing compassionate guidance and helping with skill-building activities. You will also engage recipients in community opportunities to support their personal goals outside the home environment.

We offer full and part-time positions with paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentoring to youth recipients in their homes.
