Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a reliable Youth Mentor to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available. Benefits include paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and various benefit opportunities to support caregivers and recipients alike.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Take clients into the community to grow personal goals.
• Follow care plans and maintain reliable communication with caregivers.
