SupportFinity™ is looking for dependable Youth Mentors in Hamtramck, Michigan to work directly with clients in their homes. Ideal candidates should be compassionate and skilled in communication, with a focus on supporting individuals with varying abilities.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
