Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable Youth Mentors to join our Southeast Michigan team. You will work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting skill-building activities and encouraging personal growth.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available. You’ll help clients engage with the community and work with compassionate guidance to empower independence while following care plans and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentoring in clients' homes.
• Support skill-building activities and social goals.
• Assist clients with community activities to improve independence.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
