Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting skill-building activities and helping individuals achieve personal goals.

You will join a team that values compassion, clear communication, and the ability to follow care plans, with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to support personal goals.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
