Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare in Fallbrook, CA is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents aged 12–17 at our residential facilities. You will coordinate client activities, supervise services, and work with a dedicated clinical team to ensure a safe, caring environment.

This full-time on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), background checks, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Background check via ADP Selective Screening Services and Federal/State checks.
Valid driver's license with required driving history.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise client services to provide a safe, caring environment.
Transport clients to activities and ensure safety.
Collaborate with medical and clinical staff on medication management.
Document client progress in the electronic health record.
Maintain residence cleanliness and safety.
