Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field from an accredited university.
• Professional license.
• License to operate a passenger vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy, and therapeutic intervention to youth in school/community/home settings.
• Provides mental health clinical assessments to youth in school/community/home settings.
• Engage with parent/guardian/caregiver interactions.
• Engage with youth and families in person and via telehealth.
• Intervene in crisis to maintain safety.
• Complete and verify paperwork for assessments, treatment plans, and therapy notes.
• Maintain effective working relationships with treatment team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in peer supervision as directed by supervisor.
• Attend CST/IEP meetings and coordinate services with community agencies.
• Maintain knowledge of Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules.
