Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team serving youth with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. You will provide evidence-based therapy, assess needs, and develop plans across school, community, and home settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, Montana licensure, ability to work with families, and compliance with Medicaid and program rules. Telehealth and in-person duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field.
• Current Montana SWLC, PCLC or MFLC license status is required based on position tier.
• Willingness to pass background checks and annual compliance updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community or home settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage parents/guardians and families to support care.
• Work in person or via telehealth with youth and families.
• Intervene in crises calmly to ensure safety.
• Complete documentation and PQI-compliant records for all services.
