Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team and provide evidence-based therapies to youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, while engaging families and collaborating with schools and community agencies.

The role involves in-person and telehealth therapy, documentation, and active participation in treatment teams

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field from an accredited university.
• Current Montana SWLC, or PCLC, or MFLC professional license.
• Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community, and home settings.
• Performs clinical assessments and develops treatment plans based on diagnoses.
• Engages with parents/guardians and coordinates with treatment teams.
• Comfortable with telehealth and in-person sessions with youth and families.
• Maintain PQI standards and complete required clinical documentation accurately.
