Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team serving youth in Montana. The role provides evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, with assessments and treatment planning tailored to each youth's needs.

You will work in school, community, and home settings, participate in CST/IEP collaborations, and engage families. Telehealth options are available, and you’ll help maintain PQI standards while supporting youth recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current Montana professional license (SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or LCSW/LCPC/MLFT) or eligibility.
• Must pass Montana criminal and child abuse background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community, and home settings.
• Develops clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Engages with parents/guardians and collaborates with schools and agencies.
• Comfortable with telehealth and in-person services; maintains program viability.
• Completes and verifies documentation, PQI standards, and compliance.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and peer supervision.
• Coordinates services with community agencies and advocates for youth.
