The role includes assessments, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based therapy across settings, including telehealth as needed. The position emphasizes collaboration with schools, guardians, and community agencies, along with adherence to Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar from an accredited university.
• Must pass criminal record and child abuse clearance as required by the State of Montana.
• License: Program Therapist 1 (Montana SWLC/PCLC/MFLC) or Program Therapist 2 (Montana LCSW/LCPC/MFLT); and license to operate a passenger vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy, and therapeutic interventions to youth in school, community, or home settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans abiding by PQI standards.
• Engage with parent/guardian interactions and coordinate with treatment teams and schools.
• Deliver services in person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain documentation including assessments, treatment plans, therapy notes, and required records.
• Collaborate with treatment team, attend staff meetings, and participate in CST/IEP coordination as needed.
