Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy to youth across school, community, and home settings in Montana. The role supports mental health services, treatment planning, and coordination with schools and community providers.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, comprehensive documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field.
• Licensure: Montana SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or LCSW/LCPC/MFLT depending on role.
• 21 years old or older.
• Criminal/Child Abuse clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community or home settings.
• Conducts mental health assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Engages with parents/guardians and families.
• Supports in-person and telehealth therapy delivery.
• Maintains clinical documentation per PQI standards and CBS requirements.
• Coordinates with treatment team and community agencies.
